COROS is pushing into premium aesthetics with the Black Crystal edition, targeting athletes who want a training tool that does not look like a training tool. It sits alongside the existing APEX 2 Pro lineup and competes visually with Garmin's MARQ series, though at a significantly lower price point.

Garmin is rolling out Strength Training Dashboards, which is a direct response to the growing Hyrox and functional fitness crowd.
