Garmin has quietly slashed $300 off the U.S. price of its premium Fenix 8 Pro MicroLED, bringing it down to a more palatable $999. This comes after lackluster outdoor results and analyst pressure following Garmin's February earnings call. UK and EU customers are still paying the original price. The Fenix 9 is expected later this year.

The new price puts the Fenix 8 Pro MicroLED closer to its main rival, the Coros APEX Pro (now $499), but still more expensive than the standard Apple Watch Series 7 GPS ($399).
